We are currently looking for caring and passionate candidates to join our dedicated team here at Beckfield House Residential Care Home. Our working hours are 1915 to 0730, 3 days a week hours) including weekends on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Kind, caring and compassionate in nature
* Assist residents in a manner to promote independence and involvement, respect resident's rights, choices and beliefs, and achieves positive outcomes.
* To ensure care is provided in accordance with the resident's care plan.
* Highly motivated and driven to achieve high standards
* Experience in health and social care is preferable not but essential
* Care Certificate or NVQ level 2 or above in Health and social Care - or willingness to achieve.
* Able to work in a team and alone to deliver a high standard of care
* Able to work with individuals with physical and mental disabilities using a person centred approach
* Helping with all aspects of day-to-day duties including cleaning and laundry duties
* Following the homes polices and procedures
* Recording in individuals care plans and meeting their individual needs
* To be flexible and reliable working shift patterns
* Providing support to families and residents
* This is a waking shift
* Medication management
