Overview
Support Worker · East Ipswich · Temporary (March 2026). 1 x part time (18 hpw) and 1 x part time (32 hpw), rota working. Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) with benefits including a Health Cash Plan. Home, a place where you belong. You will support customers who have complex mental health needs to develop skills to live more independently in the community, helping them achieve their hopes and aspirations.
Responsibilities
* Assisting customers with practical, daily living tasks to develop independence and achieve goals documented in their support plans.
* Supporting customers with severe and enduring mental health diagnoses who may also have substance misuse issues and/or a mild learning disability.
* Help with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancy, and moving onto independent accommodation if able.
* Carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
* Engaging with customers through conversations and check-ins, allowing time to work collaboratively with colleagues.

* Ability to use technology to update support plans, complete online learning, and collaborate with colleagues.
* An Enhanced DBS check is required and paid for by us.
