We're looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our internal IT team, full-time and onsite in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience across a range of systems, especially in IoT environments.
The Role:
* Provide responsive 2nd line support across devices, software, and firmware.
* Troubleshoot and escalate issues via Jira when needed.
* Support field engineers with software, networking, and device setups.
* Assist with IoT device configuration, testing, and deployment.
* Deliver remote/onsite training and monitor key client sites.
* Help maintain internal tools, guides, and technical documentation.
What You’ll Need:
* Background or experience working with IoT devices or environments.
* Solid experience with the Microsoft stack and Azure.
* Confident handling networking, including firewalls, VPNs, and routers.
* Previous 2nd line support experience.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
