Launched just a few years ago, they've already built a global community of over a million pet owners across the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, with exciting European expansion plans.
The Role
They're looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to take ownership of their online presence someone who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content, and build meaningful connections with their audience. This is a hands-on role where you'll be creating content daily, engaging with the community, managing influencers, and representing the brand both online and at live events.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Plan, create and manage engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other key platforms
2. Build and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling
3. Shoot and edit short-form videos, photos, and visuals that capture the brand's energy and connect with pet lovers
4. Keep up to date with social media trends and use them to grow reach and engagement
5. Build a genuine online community responding to comments and messages, running competitions, and sparking conversation
