This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in the automotive industry, ideally with 1–2 years’ experience within a workshop, garage, or bodyshop environment. What will the apprentice be doing? Working in a safe and clean environment you will learn - All aspects of modern vehicle repair methods Vehicle Panel repair and replacement techniques How to use state-of-the-art equipment Repair excellence and quality Communication skills What training will the apprentice receive and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end? Your training takes place both at the workplace and at one of the UK’s most highly regarded training centre. You will undertake a variety of additional on-line training during the apprenticeship. Your endpoint assessment will be the final stage of achieving a Level-3 apprenticeship. Where required, we will support you to achieve a Level-3 Panel qualification as part of your development. During the apprenticeship, you will further develop your skills related to: Communication, IT, Organisational, Customer care, Problem solving, Numeracy, Logical thinking and Team working Following graduation, suitable candidates may be entered into UK and world skills competitions where you can showcase the skills you have gained.
