This role involves supporting young children with high-levelplex special educational needs (SEN). The Ideal Candidate:
1. Passionate about working with young children withplex SEN.
2. Experienced in supporting individualised education plans (IEPs).
3. Skilled in using a variety of strategies to engage and support children with diverse needs.
4. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patient, empathetic, and resilient.
Qualifications:Level 3 TA Qual or willing to work towards this.
6. Relevant qualifications or experience in working with early years and SEN children.
7. Knowledge of SEN best practices and strategies.
