We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing and thriving company in a junior position. You’ll play a key role in supporting our wholesale growth and strengthening relationships with our valued customers, with plenty of opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility as you develop.

Main Purpose Of The Role

As a Junior Account Executive, you will support the management and growth of our existing UK wholesale customer accounts while helping to identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK market. You’ll take a proactive approach to building strong relationships with our established B2B customers, ensuring they feel supported and valued, and assist the team in finding exciting new opportunities for growth with potential new customers.


Responsibilities

* Support and maintain relationships with existing wholesale customers.
* Provide excellent service to our existing UK customers and work toward their growth.
* Help identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts.
* Proactively continue learning with up-to-date product and service knowledge.
* Assist with researching and contacting potential new wholesale partners.
* Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order management and communication.
* Keep records up to date and support reporting on account activity and performance.


Requirements

* Some experience in sales, customer service, or account support (B2B experience a plus but not essential).
* Excellent communication and people skills — friendly, professional, and proactive.
* Highly organized with good attention to detail.
* Keen to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-moving environment.
* Resilient and driven.
* A positive approach is essential.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 annually
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In-person (Aylsham, Norfolk) preferred; option to work remote or hybrid depending on location.
