We are looking for ambitious Apprentice Chefs with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. The program will last 15 months, during which you will receive a training programme designed to broaden your horizons and sustainably develop your culinary skills.
The 15-month Apprentice Chef Program will be based in our hotels and includes:

As an Apprentice Chef at PPHE Hotel Group, you will:
* Possess full-time Right to Work status in the UK and have been a resident for at least 3 years.
* Have a strong interest in food—preparing and cooking ingredients.
* Attend college 1 day per week to complete your Level 2 Commis Chef programme.
* Complete tasks relevant to the kitchen, including preparing and cooking food orders according to the hotel menu, delivering on time, and liaising with relevant teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Assist in preparing, serving, and storing all products to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and minimal wastage.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet guests’ needs and business priorities.
* Create a welcoming atmosphere and personalized service, responding to guest and leadership feedback.
* Previous paid or work experience in a professional kitchen is desirable, or demonstrate a clear passion for culinary arts.
