Office & Administrative Assistant
We have taken on an exciting opportunity with a highly respected financial services firm based in the West End. This newly created position offers the chance to work closely with senior management and the Head of London Office Administration, supporting the wider team in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and is keen to make a role their own. You’ll have the chance to develop your skills across EA support, office operations, and events management while working within a professional yet entrepreneurial culture.
The role
Day to day will include:
* Diary, travel, and expense management for key team members, including senior management and visiting executives
* Providing right‑hand support to the Head of London Office Administration
* Overseeing facilities and general office operations
* Managing inventory and ordering supplies
* Assisting with refurbishment and ad‑hoc office projects
* Acting as a culture ambassador within the team
* Coordinating internal events and social initiatives
* Providing front‑of‑house support when required (occasional)
This role will suit a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business and contributing to the smooth running of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent communication skills are key to success.
