Responsibilities
* Work together with your store team to "wow" customers at every turn.
* Provide top‑notch customer service: help customers with pre‑sales queries, order completions, post‑sales questions, and occasionally escalated complaints.
* Support your team with promotional changes and store housekeeping, and report to a Store Manager.
* Always seek new ways to improve the store, service, and customer experience.
* Learn all about our products and collections to offer bespoke advice to each customer.
* Learn to draw and cost a room, delivering flooring excellence.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
* Speedy thinker with a sales‑driven, customer‑focused mindset.
* Presentable, switched‑on, honest, and brings a little joy to every interaction.
* Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and keen to impress.
* Attentive to detail ("no customer left behind") and maintains a 5‑Star Trust Pilot rating.
* Thrives in a busy store environment and has a bias towards action.
