Personal Injury Solicitor – Bradford
I am currently recruiting for a Personal Injury Solicitor on behalf of a well-regarded national law firm with a strong presence in Bradford. Ranked in the Legal 500, the firm is seeking a Solicitor to manage a caseload of predominantly fast-track Defendant Employer's Liability and Public Liability (EL/PL) claims, with occasional low-value multi-track matters.
The caseload is varied and largely retail-focused, covering the full litigation lifecycle from issue through to trial, with some pre-litigation work where required. You will be supported by a modern case management system and a robust supervisory structure, enabling you to focus on delivering high-quality legal work within a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of Defendant EL/PL claims, primarily fast track
* Handling matters from litigation through to trial
* Dealing with pre-litigation cases where appropriate
* Liaising effectively with clients, insurers and counsel
* Ensuring compliance with relevant protocols and court procedures
About You
* At least 1 year's experience in Defendant EL/PL litigation
* Confident managing a busy caseload with a degree of autonomy
* Strong litigation, negotiation and case management skills
* A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
* Well-organised, client-focused and an effective communicator
