We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a fast-paced, complex programme environment in London on a 6-month contract (hybrid working).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee contracts, ensuring deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements
Lead cost management, budgeting, and monthly reporting
Analyse cost data, identify variances, and track opportunities for savings
Deliver strategic contract management and provide commercial insights
Oversee change control, including tracking and documenting variations and impact assessments
Engage and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
Implement risk management processes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, or similar
Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts and Public Sector programmes
Experience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial management
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively
London-based or willing to work hybrid in London
Pay rate: £515/day Inside IR35
