At Vertu Ford Crewe, we’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our welcoming and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys helping people make confident decisions — you don’t need experience in the automotive industry, as full training is provided.
Salary & progression
* Basic salary: £28,000
* On‑target earnings: £34,000 (with the opportunity to earn more)
* 40‑hour work week (five 8‑hour shifts)
* Guaranteed weekday off and every Sunday off – for genuine work‑life balance
* Clear career progression – after 6 months, you can choose to step up to Sales Executive level, with on‑target earnings of £43,000+ and a company car
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll guide customers through their car‑buying journey — from arranging test drives to discussing finance options and accessories. You’ll make sure every customer feels valued, informed, and excited about their experience with us. You’ll connect with customers in‑person, online, over the phone, and via video, so confidence with technology and clear, friendly communication are key.
You don’t need to have worked in automotive sales before. We’ll provide full training and a structured onboarding programme to help you feel confident and supported from day one.
What You’ll Need
* Sales experience (this could be from retail, hospitality, telesales, customer service, or any sales‑focused role)
* A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
* A customer‑focused approach and the ability to explain things clearly
