Job Description
* Ensure compliance with industry and customer quality standards throughout manufacturing processes.
* Conduct detailed inspections and audits of products and processes to maintain quality assurance.
* Review and manage documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality protocols.
* Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality-related issues.
* Implement and monitor corrective actions to address non-conformances.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
* Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to stakeholders.
* Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
* A solid understanding of quality assurance principles within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
* Working knowledge of NADCAP, AS9100, AS13100
* Experience with inspection techniques and quality management systems.
* Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams.
