Intermediate / Project Quantity Surveyor

You will step into a client-side role where you are trusted to take ownership, supported to grow and given the platform to progress quickly.
What you’ll be doing
• Supporting projects from feasibility through to final account
• Managing cost planning, procurement and tender processes
• Administering contracts and handling change management
• Working closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders
• Contributing to reporting, fund monitoring and project delivery
What we’re looking for
• Assistant, Intermediate or Project QS from a consultancy or client-side background
• Strong understanding of construction and cost management principles
• Confident communicator with a personable, proactive approach
• Ambition to progress, ideally towards MRICS
• Organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
