What your days will look like :
* DataGovernanceImplementation : SupportclientsinimplementingdatagovernanceanddataqualityframeworksalignedwithBCBS 239 andindustrybestpractices(DCAM DAMA-DMBOK).
* RegulatoryData Management : ContributetothedesignofriskdataaggregationandreportingprocessestomeetBasel III / IV COREP FINREP and stresstestingrequirements.
* Data Quality & Lineage : Deliverassessmentsandimprovementinitiativesfordataqualitylineage andmetadatamanagement.
* TransformationDelivery : Workacrossbusinessandtechnologyfunctionstodeliverpracticaldatasolutionsthatenhancereportingaccuracyandefficiency.
* DataTooling : Contributetothedesign andimplementationofdatamanagementtoolsandplatformsincludingmetadatamanagementdataglossarieslineagequality andobservabilitysolutions. SupporttheexplorationandapplicationofinnovativetechnologiesandGenAItoimproveautomationandinsightwithindatagovernanceprocesses.
* ClientDelivery : Manageworkstreamsandsmallteamsondatatransformationprojectsdeliveringhigh-qualityoutputsandensuringalignmentwithclientobjectives.
* ContinuousImprovement : Stayabreastofemergingregulatoryandtechnologydevelopmentsaffectingdatamanagementinbanking.
* Change Management : Supportthedeliveryofbusinessanddatachangeinitiativeshelpingclientsaddresstechnicalchallengesandimplementeffectivesustainableimprovements.
* Client Relationships : Buildandmaintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithclientteamscontributingtoaccountgrowthandclientsatisfactionthroughhigh-qualitydelivery
The role is for you if :
* Experience in data governance risk data or data transformation within banking.
* Working knowledge of BCBS 239 Basel III / IV and data governance frameworks (DCAM DAMA-DMBOK).
* Experience in data management and transformation projects in risk finance or regulatory reporting contexts.
* Familiarity with data tools and technologies (e.g. Collibra Alteryx Power BI Informatica or SQL) preferred.
* Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience managing deliverables and small project teams in a consulting environment preferred.
* Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Data or related discipline.
* Exposure to cloud data architectures and modern analytics platforms.
* Understanding of AI automation and cloud data architectures in data management.
* Professional certifications in data management (e.g. DCAM DAMA-DMBOK CDMP)preferred.
