The Role
As a Town Planner, you'll work across an exciting mix of residential, commercial, and regeneration projects-ranging from small schemes to large, high-profile developments. You'll be involved in:
* Preparing and managing planning applications
* Conducting research and providing sound policy advice
* Supporting senior colleagues with appeals and strategic planning work
* Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
* Contributing to high-quality planning statements and reports
You'll join a friendly and knowledgeable team that values initiative, clear communication, and creative thinking.
About You
To be considered, you should have:
* A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
* Ideally MRTPI status (or currently working towards it)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, organised approach and genuine passion for planning
* Previous consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential
