Experienced SEN Teaching Assistants Needed ASAP SEN Secondary School | Redhill / Chaldon We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join a fantastic SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area on a full-time basis, starting ASAP. Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 4:45pm This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and who understand the importance of patience, consistency, and positive relationship building within an SEN environment. The Role Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis Assisting pupils with learning, engagement, and daily routines Encouraging independence, communication, and confidence Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider support staff Providing a consistent, positive, and reliable presence throughout the school day Requirements Previous SEN Teaching Assistant or support experience is essential Experience working with children or young people with additional needs Calm, patient, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them succeed This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and welcoming school team where you can make a meaningful difference every day.
