What will you do as an Accounts & Office Manager?
* Process purchase and sales invoices, manage payments, reconcile supplier statements.
* Assist with payroll, VAT, CIS, and month-end reporting.
* Monitor petty cash, credit card spending, and update bank reconciliations.
* Chase outstanding payments and support budgeting/project cost tracking.
* Manage company vehicles, insurance, MOTs, and DVLA checks.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintain employee records.
* Monitor timesheets, holidays, and staff timekeeping.
* Ensure HR documentation and compliance are up to date.
What do you need as an Accounts & Office Manager?
* Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar finance/office support role
