It is a proprietary solution with a fast-expanding user base across markets, agencies, and clients. There is an extensive roadmap of developments to support all the use cases and channels.The team includes specialists in product management, project management, data science, technical design, and technical account management.Who we are looking forAs a Senior Data Scientist, you will contribute to designing and developing data science algorithms and business solutions on a project basis, advancing the progress of the data science team. You will collaborate closely with product management, strategy, and engineering teams to enhance Choreograph’s offerings.You will apply your skills across various data science functions: from building data feeds and pipelines supporting models, to working on models and optimizing and deploying them into the business.You will be part of a vibrant team, working with specialists and business teams, demonstrating your technical expertise and developing your soft skills.What you'll doCollaborate with senior data and product professionals to build simulation and optimization algorithms that enhance media efficiency.Research and apply a broad range of data science methodologies, demonstrating a questioning mindset and resolving data issues.Use Python to create predictive models, analyze data, and develop trends and behavioral predictions.Work closely with business teams (Product and Stakeholders) to translate business questions into data science solutions.Understand project management at a high level—how tasks relate to project goals and insights.Take responsibility for your projects, completing work with minimal guidance.Provide regular technical updates on projects, highlighting their impact on overall delivery.Support and upskill junior colleagues.Pay great attention to detail, maintaining good documentation.Communicate effectively and collaborate well with others.Interpret complex outputs and algorithms, simplifying them into actionable steps and presenting internally.Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations.What you'll needWe are looking for candidates with the following attributes:Applied data science and analytics experience.Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge, with an interest in complex problem-solving.Deep interest in coding, with strong Python skills and familiarity with the Python ecosystem.Good understanding of machine learning algorithms.Self-motivated, able to make decisions independently.Excellent communication skills to convey complex analyses clearly and precisely.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Dedication to quality and continuous skill development.Experience working in an international environment.Full command of English at C1 level.Nice-to-haves include:Knowledge of Jira.Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).Understanding of Media Planning, preferably within AdTech.Experience in large global enterprises delivering data-driven solutions.Experience with agent-based modeling solutions.Choreograph is WPP's global data products and technology company fueling growth for the world's most admired brands.
