:
1. Provide a full concierge service, receiving visitors in a polite, courteous manner, and liaising with the visitor’s host and Security.
2. Support employees with booking flights, hotels, and taxis while maintaining accurate records.
3. Maintain a log of overseas colleague visitors for HMRC reporting.
4. Book and manage conference/meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and all equipment is functioning.
5. Keep the electronic noticeboard updated with relevant information.
6. Send out site communications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policy.
7. Process incoming and outgoing mail through Royal Mail.
8. Handle Purchase Orders on the SAP system and follow up on goods receipts.
9. Conduct Right to Work checks and documentation for HR.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
10. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to handle VIP visitors sensitively.
11. High integrity and confidentiality.
12. Great teammate with flexibility and a collaborative attitude.
13. Proficient in Outlook, Word, PPT, and Excel with keen attention to detail.
14. Ability to analyze problems, exercise good judgment, and make sound decisions.
15. Strong written communication and organizational skills.
16. Proficiency in SAP.
