Job Description:We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to work on a full-time basis across a range of primary schools in Northampton, Kettering, and Wellingborough. This role involves teaching within Early Years, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your experience and school requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers where required
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Experience teaching within primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* A flexible and proactive approach
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must be able to travel to schools across Northampton, Kettering, and Wellingborough
