Following several years of rapid organic growth, the IWN Group is looking to bring onboard an ambitious, confident graduate who is excited to take ownership of the marketing function, grow the brand and personally develop during the process.
Initially, the successful applicant will receive support from the IWN team, as well as the external marketing consultants who are currently engaged. In the medium term, the successful applicant will be leading a team in the marketing department of the group, as it grows over the coming years - the role therefore suiting somebody who is excited by this prospect.
Build, maintain & nurture our mailing list – grow the database and segment it for targeted messaging.
Lead magnets – create downloadable guides, checklists, and content offerings to capture leads.
Webinars & events – support planning, promotion, delivery, and post-event follow‑up.
YouTube – Grow IWN YouTube channel, produce and edit videos, upload content, track engagement and suggest improvements.
Instagram – produce content, post updates, monitor discussions, and connect with professional communities and engage with audiences
Facebook – produce content, post updates, monitor discussions, and connect with professional communities and engage with audiences
Push‑marketing – track customer journeys and nurture leads.
Professional Introducers – manage referral scheme, track progress and issue rewards.
Analyse campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, video views, engagement metrics)
Design visuals using creative software.
Liaise with internal team members for content and event co-ordination
Assist with general marketing administration (project calendars, budget tracking, CMS updates)
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy while gaining real-world, hands-on experience across a variety of platforms and campaigns.
Take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through to execution and analysis
Develop and refine skills in content creation, including blogs, video, graphics, and email marketing
Demonstrate how to interpret and act on analytical data to improve performance across email, social, and website activity
Work with industry-standard tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and CMS platforms
Build a strong foundation for progression to lead a permanent marketing department, with scope to specialise in areas such as digital strategy, content production, or performance marketing
Hold a degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
Organised, creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
Demonstrate interest in digital platforms (social, email, video)
Have basic experience in creative software
Office /Hybrid working, as part of a supportive team.
