This is the perfect role for a Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager ready to step up. You'll work closely with directors, lead and develop your team, and build lasting client relationships - all within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you'll:
* Manage and develop your own portfolio of diverse clients, becoming their trusted adviser.
* Build long-term relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience.
* Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Support firm growth by retaining clients and developing new opportunities.
* Coach, develop, and lead members of the accounts team.
About You
We're looking for a Client Services Manager who is:
* ACA / ACCA qualified.
* Experienced in practice at Manager or Assistant Manager or Senior level.
* Confident working with a variety of clients, particularly owner-managed businesses.
* Tech-savvy (knowledge of CCH desirable).
* A natural leader who inspires and energises others.
* An excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
