EAA (Exam Access Arrangements) Administrator Salary: £23,903 – £23,925 (Pro-rota £21,034 - £21,054) 0.88 FTE (36 hours over 38 weeks) We are looking for an EAA (Exam Access Arrangements) Administrator to start on Monday 18th August 2025. Here’s the standard bit: Join us an EAA Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support for the end-to-end process of Exam Access Arrangements (EAA), from initial referral through to final approval by awarding bodies. The postholder will work closely with the EAA Coordinator, Team Leaders and Learning Support staff to ensure that all arrangements are compliant, timely, and meet the needs of learners with additional requirements. What you’ll need : - We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and a highly motivated individual, with a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience coupled with a thorough knowledge of legislation regarding learners with difficulties/disabilities e.g., SEN Code of Practice, Single Equality Duty, Health and Safety. A broad range of curriculum knowledge/qualification structure e.g., BTEC, City & Guilds, NVQ, Apprenticeships. Experience of supporting learners with difficulties/disabilities across a range of curriculum areas in an educational environment and the issues facing young people with barriers to their learning (including social, emotional, behavioural).
