Responsibilities
1. Lead sponsorship sales for a well-established snow and ski-themed travel event
2. Create tailored, compelling partnership packages for key sponsors and destination partners
3. Prospect and close new business deals across a global client base
4. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile accounts, delivering strong ROI and renewal rates
5. Collaborate with the event team to ensure smooth delivery of all sponsor activations
6. Stay on top of trends across winter travel, lifestyle, destinations, and adventure tourism
7. Attend relevant industry events (UK and US) to build networks and represent the brand
8. Work towards and exceed personal revenue targets
9. Provide input into product development and event innovation based on sponsor feedback
What We're Looking For
10. Proven track record in sponsorship sales, ideally within events, exhibitions, travel, or media
11. Ability to craft and sell high-value commercial proposals
12. Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals with senior stakeholders
13. A network across relevant industries such as travel, tourism, lifestyle, and destinations is a plus
14. Creative thinker with a consultative sales style
15. Experience working on international events and/or with US clients is a bonus
16. Self-starter who thrives in a hybrid, collaborative environment
17. Willing to travel for events and client meetings when required
