This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Leader, Deputy Headteacher, or Headteacher ready to take the next step in school leadership. Role Responsibilities - Headteacher / Head of School
As Headteacher, you will:
* Lead the day-to-day running of the school in partnership with the Executive Headteacher
* Provide strategic and operational leadership to drive school improvement
* Secure consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil achievement
* Oversee curriculum development and ensure high-quality educational provision
* Champion safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practice across the school
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve outstanding outcomes
* Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community
* Monitor school performance and implement improvement strategies

Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in senior leadership within a primary or faith school setting
* Strong track record of driving school improvement and raising attainment
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Secure understanding of safeguarding, curriculum leadership, and school operations
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
* Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead staff effectively
* Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Right to work in the UK
