Role overview:
As an ACP, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care, working autonomously to assess, diagnose, and manage patients across various settings. You will contribute to the development of services, mentor junior staff and enhance clinical practice through evidence-based approaches.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses for patients
Develop and implement effective treatment and management plans
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes
Supervise and support junior colleagues and trainees
Contribute to service development and clinical governance.
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse
A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice
Clinical experience in acute or primary care settings
Strong decision-making, leadership and problem-solving skills
