Senior Product Designer
Salary: Up to £75,000 + benefits
Location: Hybrid, London area - onsite 4 days a week
I am partnered with a high-growth global sports media and betting company who are looking for a Senior Product Designer, to help shape the future of a set of market-leading sports and gaming apps and websites. With millions of loyal users worldwide, your work will have impact at scale, designing experiences that fans love to use every single day.
As the Senior Product Designer you will work closely with product teams, researchers, designers, and developers across all stages of the product lifecycle to produce innovative, user-centred solutions that their userbase of loyal sports fans will love. You will have a passion for clean, cohesive and purposeful design, a strong understanding of design best practices, and use research and empathy to inform your decision making.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design of features and experiences across sports, casino and core platform products, ensuring a consistent, end-to-end customer journey.
* Translate insights from qualitative and quantitative research into simple, intuitive and impactful designs.
* Collaborate with Product Managers, researchers, developers and other designers to shape roadmaps and deliver value at pace.
* Use methods like workshops, prototyping, user testing and design critique to refine ideas and validate solutions.
* Champion accessibility, usability and ethical design throughout the product lifecycle.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, advocating for design-led thinking.
* Share knowledge and mentor others in the team, raising the standard of design practice.
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience working as a Product Designer.
* Have a strong portfolio showcasing end to end design across web and mobile applications - especially native mobile apps.
* Proven experience in designing 0-1 mobile apps for strong brands.
* Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
* Collaborative approach, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Adaptable and effective in fast-paced environments.
* Proven experience solving real user problems, not just delivering features.
* Confident in research and testing methods: user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, storyboarding.
* Passionate about sports, experience in gaming or betting is a big bonus!
