About the apprenticeship
Duties
Recruitment Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
Prepare recruitment documentation and maintain accurate records.
Draft and issue candidate communications, including interview confirmations, offer letters, and onboarding information.
Support with advertising vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal platforms.
Assist with screening applications and shortlisting candidates.
Candidate & Data Management
Upload and organise recruitment documentation.
Manage and progress background checks efficiently, using internal tools to ensure all pre employment vetting is completed on time.
Support the production of recruitment reports (vacancy progress, time-to-hire, pipeline metrics).
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data-handling procedures.
Interview & Onboarding Coordination
Schedule interviews, and support recruitment events when required.
Support the onboarding process by coordinating new starter forms.
General Team Support
Manage shared inboxes, responding to basic recruitment queries or escalating appropriately.
Learning & Development
Complete all apprenticeship qualification requirements.
Gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising to onboarding.
Develop confidence in recruitment processes, systems, and best practice.
