2 x Individual Needs Assistants (INA) – Full-Time Hastings, East Sussex £89 – £95 per day (Salary dependent on experience and/or qualifications and discussed at registration) Immediate or February start The School and Role: We are seeking two caring and enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistants (INA) to join a supportive primary academy in Hastings. These full-time roles are ideal for individuals passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them succeed both academically and personally. As an INA, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with special educational needs or additional learning requirements. You will assist in delivering interventions, adapting learning materials, and ensuring that all pupils can fully access the curriculum in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
