Job Title: HR and Internal Communication Location: Maidenhead Pay Rate: £40 k per annum Duration: 6 Months Work mode: Onsite MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB (Primary Job Function) Provide comprehensive HR support to the client, ensuring the consistent and compliant application of HR policies, processes, and procedures. The role also plays a key part in enhancing employee engagement through effective internal communications, supporting employee relations activities, and coordinating HR initiatives such as HR Processes and Projects. Internal/external contacts Employees, contingent workers, 1st and 2nd line management, senior management / directors and DVPs when appropriate. Vendors and suppliers. ACCOUNTABILITIES / CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Supports and assists BHR Managers with: ● Employee relations matters ● HR policies, processes and procedures ● Restructure projects ● Business analytics & insights ● Business related projects ● Other HR Projects 2. Collaborates with Business HR Managers to support ER cases, including notetaking during meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up actions 3. Performs a range of HR support tasks as needed, including maternity meetings, flexible working meetings, general letters and updating internal HR trackers. 4.
