Overview of the Senior Application Support Officer
Exciting opportunity to join a well-established public-sector organisation as a Senior Applications Support Officer within their IT Operations Team.

Role Highlights
* Lead and manage an Application Support team (up to 10 staff)
* Oversee the day-to-day running of IT applications, including helpdesk, incidents, and requests
* Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external suppliers
* Drive service improvement, data quality, and GDPR-compliant processes Analyse performance data and recommend improvements
Key Requirements
* Support the Housing Application Support team
* Strong experience with NEC Housing
* Knowledge of Allocations or Repairs is a plus
* Good SQL skills
* Mostly remote, with occasional office visits if needed
