Electrical Contracts Manager Head office: Wellingborough Project Locations: UK & Europe (travel required) Salary: Negotiable Benefits: Company car allowance, holiday pay We are a dynamic and growing Busbar Installation Company operating across the UK and Europe. As our operations expand, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team and help oversee the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: • Attend project sites when required to monitor progress and uphold installation standards • Participate in progress meetings with clients and stakeholders • Produce and manage project programmes, early warning notices, and compensation events as required • Issue regular progress reports to clients • Prepare and review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) • Attend health and safety meetings and ensure compliance across all sites • Oversee project delivery and hold Project Managers accountable for performance • Review weekly site documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness Requirements: • Proven experience in electrical contract management, ideally within busbar or similar installations • Strong understanding of construction and electrical industry practices • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills • Ability to travel across the UK and Europe as needed • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and documentation What We Offer: • Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) • Company car allowance • Paid holidays • The opportunity to work with a supportive team on high-profile projects across multiple regions
