This role is within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team, focusing on large-scale capital programmes to maintain water infrastructure resilience and environmental protection.
What will you be doing?
* Assisting the commercial team led by the Managing QS and reporting to the Senior QS.
* Supporting application for payment and providing backup for works completed to maintain cash flow.
* Assessing works by subcontractors and managing changes through early warning and variation processes.
* Communicating with operations and conducting site visits to understand ongoing works.
What you’ll bring?
* Working towards or having a BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification.
* Good organizational skills and effective communication.
* Construction or commercial experience is desirable but not essential.
* A can-do attitude and alignment with our values.
