Supporting and troubleshooting Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), desktops (Windows 10/11), and virtual environments (Hyper-V, VMware). Deploying and managing Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, and other cloud services. Implementing and supporting cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and network security systems.
