A fast-growing AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a Head of Product Management to lead building and scaling its data-driven customer growth platform.
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in Holborn)
Salary: Up to £120,000

They combine sophisticated modelling and deep customer insights to drive growth across sectors like retail and veterinary. Having evolved from a marketing agency into a product-focused business, they now seek an experienced product leader to embed a true product culture.
Opportunity: Join at a critical growth stage, reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer. This is a high-impact, standalone role with a clear path to leadership, including team growth.
Your responsibilities include:
* Owning and defining the product vision and roadmap from scratch
* Building products that convert raw data into business outcomes
* Embedding product thinking across the organization
* Bridging technical teams, commercial leaders, and customers
* Shaping the future of an ambitious AI solutions company
About You: We seek a self-starting product leader who thrives in autonomy and ambiguity, with:
* Experience managing complex, data-driven products end-to-end
* A background in product-led organizations (not consulting or agency)
* A hands-on approach with a proven ability to build from zero
* Comfort working with technical teams and customer insights
* A passion for building scalable, intelligent platforms
