City of London/hybrid

Process Improvement/Business Excellence Analyst is required by established and highly regarded wealth management firm. They are embarking on an exciting multi-year transformation programme focused on operational excellence and digital enablement. As part of this journey, they are seeking a Process Improvement/Business Excellence Analyst to help drive process optimisation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and support their strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with process owners to embed a structured process management framework
* Facilitate cross-functional working groups to enable collaborative process improvements
* Support adoption and best practice use of process management tools, including Confluence and Runthru
* Lead annual process reviews and assist in audit preparation
* Assist in the delivery of targeted process improvement initiatives
* Promote continuous improvement across teams and departments
* Identify gaps in current process documentation and support its development
* Collaborate with the automation team to define requirements for low-code solutions
Key Requirements
* Experience in process improvement within consulting and financial services
* Familiarity with process documentation methodologies (BPMN preferred)
* Strong understanding of process management tools and knowledge platforms such as Confluence
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence change
* Excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
* A flexible and proactive mindset, committed to delivering high-quality outcomes
