As an accomplished Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across established and new customers. This strategic role involves owning the execution of programs to enhance our e-commerce presence and promoting best practices throughout the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Strategic Execution: Own the strategy and execution of programs to drive sales growth across established and new customers.
* Leadership: Lead a team of regional ecommerce experts and assist with developing strategic channel plans to drive revenue and ROI.
* Channel Management: Directly manage Amazon and pure player accounts focusing on internal and customer economics to drive profitable growth and improved efficiency.
* Effective Negotiation: Negotiate mutually beneficial trade and advertising agreements with a natural win-win mentality.
* Data-Driven Decision-Making: Drive strong scorecard performance against key traffic, conversion, and retail critical metric targets through analytical approaches and a deep understanding of paid & organic business drivers.
* Cross-Market Collaboration: Act as a strategic leader in taking a digital-first, customer-oriented, and holistic market perspective sharing best practices with peers from other regions.
* Drive Shared Innovation Agenda: Utilize insights and a test & learn approach to drive turnover and identify future growth opportunities. Stay ahead of the competition by looking forward for new approaches.
* Cross Department Communication: Focus on appreciation and communication across operations, finance, sales, and marketing to maximise effectiveness within the channel. Strong teamwork is essential.
* Brand Building: Know how to invest in online platforms to deliver improving brand protection alongside elevating our brands in the market.
* Capitalise Partnerships: Work closely with key partners to improve online business opportunities and reach more consumers.
* Communication: Clearly report tangible metrics so they can be continuously improved, measured, and optimised. Work closely with finance internal business partner to maximise ROI.
About You:
* Education: Degree educated
* Experience: 5+ years previous experience working within a consumer goods business within ecommerce
* Skills: Amazon expert, understanding of vendor and seller central, eBay, Shopify, OnBuy, Linnworks & Pacvue
* Perspectives: Creative thinker, solutions orientated outlook, real team player with a collaborative approach, highly organised, process driven mindset
