A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen at a boutique-style, independent small animal practice in the market town in Northamptonshire. This client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their expanding team.

The Role:
4-day working week
1 in 5 weekends (Saturday 9–3, Sunday 10–3)
No OOH or on-call
Fully independent practice with strong support team
Clinical freedom and opportunity for career growth
What’s on offer:
Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
Guaranteed £5,000 first-year bonus
Additional annual bonus up to 20% of salary (not sales-based)
