Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Council are looking to recruit a Senior Income Manager to join our team based in Ipswich, Suffolk. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £51,802 - £61,059 per annum (pro rata for part time).

This is a senior role in our Housing Management Service and is crucial to driving forward our mission to enhance services for our council tenants.
In this pivotal role, you will lead operational teams responsible for income collection, tenancy sustainment, and housing for older people. Your strategic vision and empathetic approach will be essential in achieving exceptional outcomes for our tenants and communities.
Our service is making significant strides in improving tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency, and we are looking for a motivated leader to continue this momentum.
You will be at the forefront of implementing innovative strategies and initiatives that ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of respect and fairness.
You will work closely with the Head of Housing Management to support the strategic direction of the housing service, ensuring that our tenants receive the highest level of care and service.
