* Work with a range of over 55s in a social setting.
* Work with adults with additional learning and/or physical needs in a social/disco setting.
* Work with children aged 5–11 years in a playwork setting.
* Ensure all councils' Safeguarding and Health and Safety guidelines and policies are adhered to in relation to all clients and coworkers in our clubs.
* Collaborate with a range of workers, volunteers, and carers to ensure a positive environment in all our clubs.
What You'll Need to Succeed
* 1-year full-time youth/play work experience.
* 3 years part-time play/youth work experience.
* Youth work, play work, social care qualifications (desirable).
* Experience working with adults with additional needs is a distinct advantage.
* Experience working with older people is a distinct advantage.
