We are working with a FTSE250 business to appoint a Recruitment and Training Manager – Sales. This role will work closely with the HR team and report to the EU Operations Director to recruit and develop high-performing sales teams in a competitive environment, to support their growth ambitions of doubling the size of the organisation over the next 5 years.
The responsibilities of the role include:
* Partnering with regional and divisional managers throughout Europe
* Providing strategic vision with hands-on execution to enhance sales talent pipelines all across Europe to support the organisation to grow organically from 500 to 2000 over the next 5 years
* Lead a recruitment team of two specialists
* Training and developing the sales team via e-learning and coaching/mentoring to create a high performing culture
Essential experience required: Please note that only candidates meeting the below criteria will be considered at this time.
* Fluent in French
* Degree in Human Resources
* 5-15 years experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition roles
* Experience recruiting sales candidates
* First-hand experience of managing a team
Location and travel requirements: The role will be based onsite in north-west London 3 days a week, with regular travel required throughout the UK and Europe.
Salary range: £70k-£75k base, plus package
