We’re working with a forward-thinking consultancy in Gloucester, who are looking to grow their civil engineering team with the addition of a Civil Engineer. This role would suit someone with a few years of consultancy experience and the ambition to take on more technical and project responsibility.
You’ll be involved in delivering a wide variety of development-led projects covering highways, drainage, earthworks, and flood risk while working closely with clients across the UK.
What you’ll be doing:
* Designing drainage, road infrastructure, and ground modelling for residential, commercial, retail, leisure, and healthcare projects
* Preparing Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, and technical reports
* Producing and reviewing drawings using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage
* Managing client relationships and contributing to project delivery
* Ensuring all designs meet S104, S38, S278 approvals
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in infrastructure and drainage design
* 3+ years of UK consultancy experience
* Confident using AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and other modelling software
* Comfortable writing technical reports and communicating with clients
