Job Title: Ticketing Product ManagerLocation: London (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £47,000Start Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Manage the complete lifecycle of the ticketing product, from inception to sunset.Coordinate pivotal product events and oversee end-of-sales strategies.Craft and communicate a robust strategic roadmap for the ticketing product.Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their active involvement and contributions.Keep stakeholders informed about product developments and actively seek their feedback.Uphold the integrity and performance standards of the ticketing product.Collaborate closely with the IT Application Support team to swiftly address any bugs or performance issues.Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in ticketing technology.Identify opportunities to enhance the visitor experience through innovative product enhancements.Ensure compliance with established standards to support reliable reporting and analysis.Manage integrations between the ticketing product and other museum systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives impacting ticketing functionality and processes.Cultivate strong relationships with third-party suppliers.Ensure active engagement in supporting the ticketing product and communicate future requirements effectively.Requirements:2+ Years experience in developing and ongoing management of product lifecycles for ticketing solutions, preferably Galaxy Ticketing.Proficiency in utilizing different requirement gathering techniques to translate business requirements into well-articulated user stories with acceptance criteria.In-depth experience with Scrum, Agile metrics, and rapid product development delivery methods.Experience using MS Office and other relevant IT systems to an intermediate/advanced level.Significant experience in managing and prioritizing a high workload and multiple complex issues and tasks in a changing environment with tight deadlines.
