A leading construction company delivering large-scale residential and student accommodation projects is looking to appoint a Bid Manager to support their continued growth. Operating across projects valued up to £80 million, this is a key role in ensuring the company maintains its strong win rate and delivers high-quality, well-coordinated bid submissions.
The Bid Manager will lead the end-to-end bid process, managing internal teams and external stakeholders to develop compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals. This role will be central to securing new projects and supporting the business’s strategic objectives.
Work with estimating, design, planning, and commercial teams to compile bid documentation
Manage timelines, responsibilities, and content to meet submission deadlines
Experience managing bids for a main contractor, ideally in the residential or student accommodation sectors
Proven track record delivering successful tenders on high-value construction projects
Familiarity with bid writing, editing, and compliance in construction procurement
Competitive salary £70,000 – £80,000, depending on experience
