We are seeking a Site Assistant to join our team, working 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and have the ability to work sensitively, collaboratively, enthusiastically, calmly and effectively under pressure.
Key responsibilities will include working as part of a team but also on their own initiative, being a leader but also taking direction.
Requirements
* Experience of building maintenance, ideally within an educational setting
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* A strong commitment to providing a high quality service
* Knowledge and experience of Health & Safety
* A genuine belief in the potential of every pupil
* Able to work split shifts, early, middle and late. Times from 6am to 7pm
