This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial insurance professional, or an experienced Personal Lines specialist, to step into a commercial role within a supportive, vibrant, and people-focused team. The Role The Account Handler will manage a portfolio of commercial clients within the leisure sector, ensuring their insurance needs are handled efficiently and effectively. Youll be responsible for renewals, mid-term adjustments, and day-to-day servicing, while also building lasting relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth. Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams, the Account Handler will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client retention. Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial leisure clients Process renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and policy endorsements Provide professional and timely responses to client queries Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure seamless service Build and maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders Identify and act upon cross-selling or new business opportunities Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a similar commercial account handling role or strong Personal Lines experience with the ambition to progress Excellent communication and organisational skills A professional and proactive approach to client service Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Motivation to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment Salary & Benefits: Salary: Up to £35,000 Benefits: Market-leading package including pension, bonus, and wellness perks Work Arrangement: Office based (35 hours/week) Progression: Clear pathway for career development and progression.
