* Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, courts, and legal professionals via phone, email, and correspondence.
* File & Case Management: Organise and maintain electronic and paper case files, including opening, closing, and archiving.
* Court Procedures: Prepare court bundles and ensure timely filing of documents with relevant courts and agencies.
* Financial Administration: Assist with billing, process invoices, and manage expenses.
Qualifications
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and legal case management software).
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail– accuracy is critical.
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with discretion handling confidential matters.
* Solid understanding of legal terminology and court procedures.
