Overview

Mercer is seeking a talented Employee Benefits Advisor to manage and develop a portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare clients. You will provide advice and recommendations that meet client requirements, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to promote the Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to achieve growth targets. This hybrid role is based in Birmingham, Bristol, Chichester or Bournemouth and requires at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

* Manage an existing Group Risk and Healthcare client portfolio, providing strategic and high-quality consulting advice and direction.
* Identify new opportunities and promote the wider Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) proposition to maximise revenues and achieve growth targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, colleagues and key stakeholders.
* Provide accurate reports containing renewal information, market review results and recommendations.
* Coordinate with internal departments and insurers to ensure clients receive excellent service throughout.
* Promote and deliver high-quality service and advice.


What you need to have

* Experience in Group Risk, Insurance or Employee Benefits with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
* Aptitude for identifying business needs and aligning products to provide strategic solutions for clients.
* Self-driven and motivated with a confident and approachable style.
* Positive can-do attitude, with willingness to travel and enjoy meeting new people.
